Recipe
1. Place the shredded carrots, mushrooms and bamboo shoots(A)in boiloing water, remove and drain.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and vegetables(1) and saute.
3. Prepare the sauce(B)and mix in the sauteed vegetables(2) Add potato starch to attain desired consistency.
4. Allow the vegetables to cool, then mix in the sesame seeds and chives(C)
5. Place the spring roll casings on a flat surface, add the mixed vegetables and roll closed
6. Deep fry the spring roll in the hot oil(about 160-180O until crisp
7. Serve with sweet & sour sauce.
